Ignatian Peacemaking Lecture

The Ignatian Peacemaking Lecture is a keynote talk delivered during Marquette University’s annual Mission Week. Molly Burhans delivered 2023 Ignatian Peacemaking Lecture, in which she explored the intersection of environmental sustainability, social justice, and faith-based activism, drawing on her experience in both ecological restoration and Catholic social teaching. She discussed the importance of integrating kindness and care for creation into our everyday actions, highlighting how individuals and communities can work together to address environmental challenges and promote peace.
