The Wellbeing Economy Alliance, The Rockefeller Foundation, and the Solutions Insights Lab convened leaders at theĀ intersection of faith and the wellbeing economy for a discussion about the domain. This dialogue, facilitated by Aamirah Patel, Gopal Patel, and Tariq Al-Olaimy, brought together several speakers and 20 catalysers in a candid conversation on how faith traditions and wellbeing economy approaches could strengthen each other. Molly Burhans was a discussant and a invited speaker. Her talk focused on the role of faith communities, particularly within the Catholic Church, in advancing systemic change and supporting sustainability efforts. Together, they explored how economic transformation and faith traditions can mutually reinforce each other, supporting faith groups in fostering dignified ways of living while helping wellbeing economy advocates integrate the deep wisdom and practical alternatives that faith communities offer for systemic change. Participants included religious leaders, faith-based investors, economists, environmental stewards, and others recognized for their work in faith-led approaches from around the world.
